$2 Christmas Tree Makeover

There are a few designer tricks you can use to fill out any lost cause and make it look like an expensive designer tree.

So Hubs brings home a $2 yard sale Christmas tree because he knows I am a little lot obsessed with Christmas! Hmmmm… The lights all work. It stands straight, just a sad scrawny mess and that’s all! There are a few designer tricks you can use to fill out any lost cause and make it look like an expensive designer tree.

Get a couple rolls of 21″ mesh ribbon from your local floral department, also wired ribbon. Start at the top and work down at an angle. Grab mesh, fluff, you can wire it on with floral wire or just fold the tree branch around it. Add in ribbon if you like.
