Dollar Store Funnel and Tinsel Trees

I love Christmas trees - especially all the little trees that you can fill your mantel and shelves with! Bottle brush trees are a fav and I do have quite the collection of them. But they can get expensive if you are just starting out and want a forest of trees! This year I created some cute trees using items from the Dollar store. So simple, quick, and inexpensive! You can totally create these with things you have on hand but I wanted to be able to give you the option of buying everything at the Dollar Store if you didn't have any of the supplies on hand. I think they turned out pretty fantastic and it's a great way to create a handmade Christmas this holiday!

Here is what I bought at the Dollar Tree. The funnels came as a set of 3, each a different size - $1
The gold tinsel is a 50ft pack - $1
The jingle bell decorations came 2 to a pack - $1
3 trees created for a grand total of $3 and change.





3 funnels for a dollar. And don't let the skinny top / fat bottom scare you into thinking you can't make these look like Christmas trees! You totally CAN!





Packaging removed and discarded and these Dollar Tree ornaments look festive and cute. You can totally use ornaments or ribbon you already have. But as I already stated I wanted to show you that you CAN create a cute tree all made from items you find at the Dollar Store.
You can also stack up the three sizes once they are covered in tinsel, and create a taller tree. Or just stack two tinsel covered funnels for another height. More details and options can be found on the blog!
