Jelly Jar To Snow Globe

I'm a sucker for a snow globe, but they always seem to eventually lose their water. So I just cut to the chase and make mine with no water to begin with.
* * * WARNING * * * These are more for adults to just look at and use around the house for holiday and winter decor, not for kids to shake endlessly. Kids can still enjoy them, but I don't want you to think that they will stand up to a ton of normal kid play. Plus unless you glue the lid shut, they can be opened, so generally they are more of a thing for us older people to look at and use for home decor:)
